Shipping & Delivery
There are two ways in which we process orders:
1. We outsource production and delivery via Printful
2. Own production and delivery
Orders via the Printful service
We do not have much control over delivery, but their service is usually highly professional and delivered quickly. They use two locations for production and delivery of goods:
1. USA for orders in the USA and Canada
2. Europe for European orders
This way you will receive your products faster and you will not have to pay customs fees. Delivery will also be cheaper.
In-house produced orders
The geographical area of delivery is as follows:
International Shipping, Slovenia and Europe.
We process orders within 3–5 business days after you place your order.
These delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. However, delivery times may vary due to force majeure or because of traffic conditions.
Delivery is carried out by the Post of Slovenia and the DPD delivery service.
We do not take the responsibility for eventual delays of the delivery service or for delays by customs.
Delivery times are given on a purely indicative basis, as given by the chosen transporter.
Due to the current global COVID-19 pandemic, orders send with Standard delivery by Post of Slovenia can take up to 45 business days to arrive.

*Packages heavier than 0,250 kg are sent by DPD to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Slovakia.
*Packages heavier than 0,500 kg are sent by DPD to the following countries:
Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden.
*Packages heavier than 1kg are sent by DPD to the following countries:
Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Romania, Spain.
